COME AND ENJOY THE FUN!

This year's director, Sherry Edgar is thrilled to announce that this year’s workshop is designed to remind you that “To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful.” Come and intensify your passion for dance and be inspired by fellow dance educators.

Sponsored by CSUS Departments of Theatre and Dance and Kinesiology, endorsed by CAPHERD and produced by the California Dance and Movement Workshop for Educators. This year's program contains some truly outstanding educational opportunities for Dance Educators from the U.S. & International schools to train in current, relevant dance and movement techniques for all skill levels.

Planned by teachers, for teachers, we will be offering a forum for the exchange of talent and ideas among workshop participants. Enrollment is open to any adult 21 years of age who has taught at least one year, in a school or studio, holds a valid teaching credential, or is a candidate for a credential or the equivalent.  Extension credits of 3 professional development units are available to those who attend the workshop.
